I've attended small group S&C classes with Yurgen twice a week for about 3 months now. This was my first time doing formal guided strength training. I've noticed a trackable increase in strength from the circuit program he has us following. He provides clear cues for any unfamiliar or new exercises. As well as good advice on weight and rep targets to aim for. I feel comfortable safely pushing myself to the limits of what I am capable of during the classes and that carries over independent work as well. The conditioning aspect of each class have great variety between mobility, core or sprints which provide a nice finish to each class.
