I highly recommend Jag. As a mom of a toddler, I was getting a lot of strains in my body, neck strains, back problems, so I decided to hire personal trainer. Jag has carefully observed how I was exercising, and pointed out how I can improve and set up a tailored work out schedule for me that was not overbearing. As a working mom, I don't have much time to work out, Jag was very flexible and met at my house during my lunch hours when I was working from home. This allowed me to squeeze in a workout during my work from home schedule. Since I started working out with Jag, I didn't have any strains in my neck and back. Jag created a schedule where I was doing both endurance and strength using very simple equipment that I had at home and that I was comfortable doing. He made sure I didn't do anything that could strain me body, which really helped me to build my core strength at my own pace. I am now much stronger in just 3 months and even in lockdowns, I was able to carry out those workouts by myself and Jag encouraged me to keep a consistent workout schedule. I highly recommend Jag!

After 12 months of trying to lose weight on my own, I was stuck not knowing what to try next. I even joined a gym, training 3-4 times per week, only to realise my weight stayed the same. I got a little fitter, but that was it. I even tried dieting, but as soon as I never saw results as quickly as I wanted, my motivation plummeted. I seriously thought I was destined to be the size I was. Nothing worked. I was introduced to Andi through a friend of mine who was training with her and was getting amazing results. It’s now been just over our initial 15 weeks and I lost 20cm around my waist, went from 89kg to 78kg and my emotional well being and outlook on life is out of this world. Amanda is not only motivating but determined to help you achieve your goals. Her mindset camp has helped me stick to a program and push past all the hurdles and excuses.
