  Armstrong and the whole crew over there are great. I needed a personal trainer in Melbourne who could help me a few years back and the crew over there had the right equipment to solve some shoulder and back issues I was having. They also followed up and helped me with advise remotely, anyways grsat crew and saved my conference business trip.

  My wife and I spent 2 months in Melbourne working on a movie and this was our go-to spot for personal training. I really can't say enough good things about it. I thought we had incredible personal training back home in Los Angeles, but wow, they really take things to another level out here. Not only is the equipment and facility top notch, but the expertise training-wise is next level as well. Just really kind and knowledgeable people who understand the assignment. Unfortunately we had to leave when our project ended but I'm sure we'll be back at some point in the next couple of years and when we return we'll definitely stop here for our workouts.

  Anthony has been helping me for my first triathlon this year. He is highly methodical and has a great competition experience and therefore will develop the athlete within yourself. I am very happy with the results and will keep going with him for my first Half IronMan next year.
