Yes we guarantee results if you follow our instructions, all trainers have full insurance and have been trained in First Aid/CPR.

Changing lives through our weight loss results and reducing muscular & joint pain which some of our clients experience. What many clients don't realise is that through strengthening the right muscles and reducing tension in certain areas we can greatly improve our movement and strength.

Ask your trainer if they do more than provide a "weight loss service". Anyone can deliver a session that doesn't have any structure or intent behind it. Ensure your trainer is delivering exercises that are beneficial to your needs and aligned with your body's limitations.

How much do we charge?  -Keep in mind there is huge variation in the Personal Training Industry. It takes 3 months to become a Personal Trainer but much longer to become a good one who understands their clients bodies! PT is not a one size fits all approach!

We charge the same rate as many trainers in gyms, however we conveniently come to a location of your choice, and offer superior quality training due to our extensive experience and quality control amongst our trainers ensuring they meet our standards before working with our clients.

Firstly we offer a free 60min trial of our service our rates then vary pending duration and session frequency.   45mins $70-80  60mins $80-90 75mins $90-100

Functional Movement & Weight Loss- All individuals bodies are different, our bodies develop different postural habits based on our day to day movement. Poor postural habits create imbalance and lead to muscular and joint pain. We address this with corrective exercise & fat burning programs.
