  Fitrme is a great spot to workout at. The crew there is supportive but love to push you. I've had a great time with Jack, Ryan, and Eddie who have helped me on different PT sessions. They're all brilliant 5/5

  I started my 12 week program with Eddie 12 weeks ago. 6am every morning and have not lost 1 gram of weight. I have however lost approx 9% body fat. Shows the scales are not everything. My clothes fit me better. I have more energy to enjoy life. Well worth the investment I have made in myself.

  Eddie is a fantastic personal trainer, highly recommend. He brings energy to my Friday mornings, encouraging me to push myself and brightens my mood. Eddie makes working out fun and the studio set up is superb. All the equipment is premium and exceptionally clean. The whole studio and community Eddie has created has a really welcoming environment.

  Just had my first reformer experience here. Highly recommend! Each reformer machine has its own tv screen so that you can pick your own personalised class. Theres always someone around to help out, if needed, but it was great to explore the work outs alone. Machines can be hired, for the hour, all day every day for almost half the price of a reformer class. Fantastic!
