The quote was fair for what we needed for the end of lease clean for our rental (which was the bond clean for 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 x stairwell (both rooms needed the carpets clean) as well as 5 x sets of venetian blinds). The guy did a great job about 8 hours we believe. Started 8.30am and finished by 5.30pm. We asked if he could text 30 minutes before he left our apartment, but, we didnt hear back so we called about 5.30pm and he said "we" left ages ago, so we trekked back to our old apartment, a courteous communication isnt hard to do, and it builds trust and is good public relations and building rapport and part of a great customer service experience. So, be clear when you give instructions to the cleaner before you leave them to it, maybe he didnt understand this important concept. Aside from that, we got the full bond back! So happy! We even checked the high shelves, ran a finger across the top of a cupboard and there was no dust or dirt. If I had to get an end of lease clean done, I would go with Dr Clean team they did a great job and value for your $ and saved us time and sweat, elbow grease! :)Alpha Service Pty Ltd
