The team at Tenants Cleaners were absolutely amazing and I couldn't of asked for a more honest and down-to-earth people. Chris was brilliant from the start, providing a very reasonable quote and with a quick response and Michelle to having to deal with my multiple phone calls per day and question and then to Chrissy who cleaned our house which looked like a brand-new house. After the real estate inspection, they came back with nothing!! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and I really appreciate everything you did and helped make the cleaning process so easy and smooth. From our first conversation with the owner Chris who was professional and understanding of our needs to speaking with his incredible wife Michelle who talked us through the whole process and gave the best advice and support, to our amazing cleaner Christine whose work was exceptional. Even when our very difficult Property Managers picked us up on a tiny miss (marks that were there when we entered the property) Christine picked up the keys for us again in Brisbane (Michelle organised this to save us a trip to make our life easier) and met us on Sunday to address them. This team of highly experienced cleaners went above and beyond to make our leaving our rental the best possible experience and we are so thankful. The fee was the best we could find and included steam cleaning of the carpets which came up a treat.We literally could not have done it without them and it was the best investment of time and money we could have ever made. We cannot express strongly enough how highly we recommend the team at Tenants Cleaners. Do yourself a favour and get them to do your Bond Clean. You won't regret it!!!!Jenny H

Rhonda had her property cleaned on 29/08. On Saturday 30/08 she called at 4.30 to advise that there was some dust on a skirting board. In addition she advised that she required licensed pest control for fleas. Given the minor nature of the cleaning issue raised the pest controller said he would attend to it. Rhonda called again the 01/09 claiming there were further cleaning issues, she was abusive, swearing etc. We asked that she forward us a copy of the Form 14A from the agent when it was completed and that we would have a cleaner return and attend to any items for which we were responsible. Rhonda at that stage had not attended to a range of issues which she had agreed to do. Given the abuse we received from Rhonda on the telephone we requested all further communication be done via email. Rhonda continued her name calling etc via text. The most bizarre conduct we have experienced in 27 years cleaning vacant properties for inspection. We have not received a list from the agent despite multiple requests.Meaghan H
