Chris and Michelle from Tenants cleaners were communicative, professional and knowledgeable about the bond cleaning process and provided realistic expectations of what the real estate agency would require for a successful exit condition report. Lyn and her team did a brilliant job cleaning, with attention to detail and a kind, friendly and positive attitude to go with it. A few things were picked up by the agency, but Lyn was happy to go back and rectify the issues without hesitation. I would highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs.Mason S

The team at Tenants Cleaners were absolutely amazing and I couldn't of asked for a more honest and down-to-earth people. Chris was brilliant from the start, providing a very reasonable quote and with a quick response and Michelle to having to deal with my multiple phone calls per day and question and then to Chrissy who cleaned our house which looked like a brand-new house. After the real estate inspection, they came back with nothing!! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and I really appreciate everything you did and helped make the cleaning process so easy and smooth. From our first conversation with the owner Chris who was professional and understanding of our needs to speaking with his incredible wife Michelle who talked us through the whole process and gave the best advice and support, to our amazing cleaner Christine whose work was exceptional. Even when our very difficult Property Managers picked us up on a tiny miss (marks that were there when we entered the property) Christine picked up the keys for us again in Brisbane (Michelle organised this to save us a trip to make our life easier) and met us on Sunday to address them. This team of highly experienced cleaners went above and beyond to make our leaving our rental the best possible experience and we are so thankful. The fee was the best we could find and included steam cleaning of the carpets which came up a treat.We literally could not have done it without them and it was the best investment of time and money we could have ever made.
