  Had to call for re-cleaning. Shower wall mould still remained the same so was shower screen soap scum. Just to let everyone know shower screen is glass and how old the glass is scum can be removed. I was given the excuse for not cleaning it ‘because the glass is old’. I may write more. Hope these guys will learn how to cater customers soon.

  All work is meant to be guaranteed. I advised of the work that needed to be fixed, company answered my email in the first instance than nothing. 4 emails sent - no response at all. I am not impressed. Do not advertise a guarantee if you don’t guarantee your work. The things not completed were window tracks, light shades, blinds, bathtub, toilet & one wall.
