  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was given 3 different excuses from 3 different people about why my cleaner couldn’t show up. First the cleaner told me his car had broken down, then a service coordinator told me he sprayed chemicals in his eyes, then I heard from another coordinator that his grandfather died. Well, unless that’s literally the unluckiest person to ever live, I found that hard to believe. After constant calling and texting, 2 hours after the clean was supposed to start, I was told they couldn’t fulfil our clean that day and that they would need to reschedule - when they were already aware that I needed to hand the keys back to the REA early that day. I understand things happen and I’m sure there was a perfectly good reason why my clean needed to be rescheduled, but at least get your story straight, be accountable and make it up to your customers. Never again
