  I do not recommend Swift based on my experience. The cleaners arrived and stayed onsite for over 20 minutes, accepted my payment of $870, but then cancelled the job shortly afterward. I was told the job could not proceed due to certain items in the home, and I was asked to have them removed. I declined to pay the additional $1200 they had initially quoted upfront. The job was not completed, and I was informed that a refund would only be processed if I agreed not to leave a negative review — which I found deeply concerning. There was also a missed appointment the day before with no prior explanation. I waited for over 90 minutes before needing to leave for another commitment. In my view, this experience raised serious concerns about reliability, transparency, and customer service
