  Thanks to the Swift Cleaners team I’m giving them a five-star rating because I had a job scheduled today and needed to hand over the keys to the agent tomorrow. The cleaners I had originally booked canceled on me, but then I contacted this team. They did an excellent job, and my house looks much better than before it feels fresh and bright, and visually it’s much more appealing. So, thank you to this experienced team. I will definitely recommend them

  Absolutely horrible service from start to finish. They failed to complete the original clean to an acceptable standard and have since ignored phone calls and messages from both myself and the agent asking them to return and finish the job. Their behaviour has been rude, unprofessional, and evasive. I honestly can’t believe this business is still operating — they should be blacklisted from all booking platforms. I’m now out of pocket even more because I’ve had to hire another cleaner to finish what they didn’t do, just so I can get my bond back. Avoid this business at all costs.

  Ok, I have left this review for some time so that I would not be emotional about the review. On the day the work was meant to be carried out, they were late, 3 - 4 phone calls later, each one saying they would be there soon i had to leave to go to work. This was explained in the booking process. They gave me the start time for them, not me. The work was almost adequate. The manager had items that needed to be redone. I contacted the cleaners within the time period specified. Free return to clean any areas deemed to be not properly cleaned. I was given a day and time by them that they would return. They did not return. I tried to call multiple times with no answers. I then called on my wife's phone and they answered straight away! I asked why they had not been back to finish the job. Suddenly their accent was so thick I could (for the first and only time) not understand what they were saying. I said they needed to finish the job. They agreed and said they would be back the next day to fix the areas outlined by the manager with photos attached. Surprise! They did not show up and now would not answer calls from my wife's or my phone. It cost me another couple of hundred dollars for the manager to get a cleaner in to finish the work. Do not trust them. Do not hire them. Hiring a bond cleaner was supposed to ease the stress of moving not add to it and cost additional money.

  Hayley and her team are professional, polite and excellent at what they do. We needed a cleaner whilst recovering from surgery, Hayley was prompt to reply to my message and booked the girls in who did an amazing clean. Our house was spotless and we highly recommend their services, and we cannot thank them enough
