  ⚠️Terrible Experience – Unreliable,Unethical and Misleading Bond Cleaners This company lures you in with a cheap quote, then piles on extra charges once they arrive. They demand full payment upfront, but as soon as they have your money, they become unreachable. During quoting, they were extremely persistent. After payment, I had to chase them multiple times just to get an invoice and proof of cleaning. Their “7-day re-clean guarantee” is a complete lie – they ignored every call, text, and email when I asked them to return. In the end, we hired our property manager’s preferred bond cleaner to finish the job — and even they turned out cheaper once all the hidden add-on costs from Swift Cleaners were factored in. Swift Bond Cleaners are misleading, unprofessional, and disappear once paid. I will be taking this to QCAT and other authorities. Avoid them at all costs!

  I would not use this company, avoid and do not use is my advice. First had initial scheduled time for cleaners changed from morning to afternoon then to next day. They did not do a proper bond cleaning and I'm currently out of pocket for a bond cleaning that wasn't completed, and no communication once I brought up need for recleaning as per their guarantee. I've since had to get another bond cleaner in to do what they should have done in the first place. Unfortunately no option to share pictures.
