  We are very pleased with the great service and thorough cleaning of our carpet and lounge. The previous occupant had a cat and we are highly allergic, which I conveyed to Vic. From the very start Vic responded quickly and continued to communicate well with providing a quote, answering my questions and concerns about the cat fur/dander, and organising a date and time that suited us. Rohit was professional and polite, and even redid an area on the couch that my husband could still see a stain from a certain angle, which he happily obliged to redo. Would recommend this team!

  Vic and his team went over and above to get our bond clean approved. We had an overly fussy agent who didn’t approve it on the first go and wanted the cleaners to go back and do some extra tasks. Vic was so great to deal with and understanding towards our situation, ensuring us that all would be sorted. His team ensured everything was done with excellence to make sure our agent was happy.   this is the 2nd time we have gone through this company for NDIS house cleaning. both times the workers are always on their phones and not exactly professional in appearence or quality of work. we will be declining this company from now on.

  This professional bond cleaning company did a superb job. They turned up on time with all the equipment. The cleaner was very methodical completing each task well. The exhaust fan, stove and oven look like news after having lived in this unit for 9 years. All the cupboards were cleaned and meticulous cleaning on scuff marks on the wall. The air conditioner was thoroughly cleaned including the filters. The carpets were steam cleaned. The landlord should be very happy with the outcome.
