A. DETAILS FOR ST LUCIA PROPERTY: 1. Mowing of (a) 2 strips of grass on both sides of foot path (about 90 sqm; (b) rectangular block of lawn back of the house (about 80 sqm); and (c) lawn side of house (about 70 sqm); all with edging done. 2. Hedge Trimming - 3 lots;(about 3.5m long x 1m wide and 1.1m high) 3.Trim four small bushes. Remove all clippings and waste. Tidy up with blower. Previous gardeners have taken no more than an hour and half by one person for total job. 2. Occasional extra gardening needed eg. mulching, weeding, planting, tree pruning and plant removal for which I'd pay by an hourly rate B.
