  I hired Hadi and his team to renovate my bathroom, install skirting boards in my apartment, and complete some electrical work. The experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Major issues encountered: Bathroom finishing was left incomplete They caused a leak that affected the downstairs neighbour I had to hire a separate plumber to fix the toilet afterward They refused to provide the waterproofing certificate Electrical plugs and switches were missing/not installed Skirting boards were poorly cut without proper angles Visible silicone used to try to cover poor workmanship The quality of the work was far below acceptable standards, and basic building compliance requirements were not met. I have lodged a formal complaint with Fair Trading due to the extent of unresolved issues and the lack of accountability. My recommendation If you are considering engaging this contractor, I strongly advise you to reconsider. My experience has been a costly and exhausting nightmare.
