Recent water flow appears to have washed away soil near part of the foundation, creating a trench and exposing the area around the brick piers. Location: San Remo, NSWJob Description: Job Description: I am looking for a licensed and insured structural landscaper to construct a concrete sleeper retaining wall at my property in San Remo. Project Scope: Dimensions: Approximately 26.4m long and 1m high (5 sleepers high). Materials: Concrete sleepers (Plain finish) with 100mm galvanised steel posts (100UC/100PFC). Location: Building in the same location as an existing wall. The wall is 1.5m from the main house and 200mm from the boundary fence. Footings: Allowance for 450mm diameter piers, drilled 1.0m deep (1:1 ratio). Concrete: 20mpa concrete for all piers. Drainage: Installation of 100mm AG line with geofabric and aggregate backfill is a priority. Legal & Compliance: Approvals: I am aware that a CDC (Complying Development Certificate) and Engineering plans are required for this height and proximity to the boundary.
