Job Description: Dear assessment team I am enquiring about polyurethane foam/epoxy injection as a solution to a sagging false floor in one of our living areas. The raised section is just under 300mm high and consists of full thickness concrete in the main traffic channels with the remaining approx. 8sq m supported by a hardwood frame with a cement sheet top. This sits on top of the main slab underneath. Unfortunately, part of the framed & sheeted area has becoming spongey with movement underfoot when walked over currently this is noticeable in about 2sq m of the section. Tiles in the outer corner section in photo 2 has dropped a few mm along the inner edge. I am wondering if a tile (or maybe two) could be removed, holes drilled and polyurethane foam/epoxy injected to stabilise the floating section Property is in Croker St Nakara, NT 0810 Is this something your team (or a contractor) could do ? Alternatively, you may be able to recommend others who do this sort of work. Kind regards David Scholz
