Can be built by steel frame or block work columns, whatever you recommend to make solid without the high price tag. If needed, engineering and council approval. Already there is a concrete foundation that was levelled at a height of 600mm high to match with exisiting concrete foundations under the existing verandah. Area to cover for verandah extension is roughly 4m wide x 13m long.
