Location: South Perth, WAJob Description: I have a small repair job on a ceiling in South Perth I am happy to pay cash 4.2 m of bulkhead and cornice needs to be replaced and an additional 1.7m of adjoining cornice. I will have the bulkhead removed prior to the work being done. The bulkhead also contains ducting from bathroom fans that will need replacement. The ceiling is a concrete slab.
