  We paid $200 for an inspection and never received the follow-up we were promised. In July 2025, we contacted this business while planning a home extension. We paid the $200 inspection fee and were impressed by Thomas's prompt response — he came out within the week. During the half-hour site visit, he gave us a rough estimate of $200,000 for one area of the house, and we agreed to come back with our architectural plans in a few months. We submitted our plans in November 2025. No response. Giving the benefit of the doubt over the busy December period, we followed up in mid-January 2026. A staff member named Jess replied saying Thomas would provide a detailed quote once plans were reviewed, and asked if we'd like to book a follow-up call or another site visit. We said yes to a follow-up call. That call never happened. As of today, 04 March 2026 — more than three months after submitting our plans — we have heard nothing. We understand businesses can be selective about the jobs they take on, and that's perfectly reasonable. What isn't reasonable is charging $200 for an inspection and then going silent on customers who have done everything asked of them. A simple "we're not able to take this project on" would have been enough. If you're considering paying the inspection fee here, be aware that there appears to be no guarantee of follow-through. We hope this review saves someone else the frustration.

  First engaged Thomas on the 2nd of February and asked if he serviced our area as we wanted a quote to renovate our ensuite. Thomas requested $200 for a builders site visit which we agreed to, we further agreed on a date being the 5th of February. I advised Thomas over the phone that the ensuite was quite small and I was happy to send through some pictures. He declined and said no need as he will attend on the 5th to take a look himself. Thomas attended on the 5th as promised and seemed barely interested. I asked him at the end if this is too small of a job for him and he said no. He further said he would prepare a quote for us. According to his initial email, “1-2 weeks” is the timeframe for a quote of this nature. Fast forward a week, nothing received - I reached out to Thomas and got no reply, so I let it be as I assumed he was busy and understand it takes time. I followed up again on the 20th of February - no reply. I texted Thomas on the 23rd, no reply. I further attempted to call him, no answer and no reply. Overall truly a terrible experience. I find it particularly interesting that he was quick to reply from the beginning, secured his $200 and then suddenly ghosted after his “site visit”. I have contacted the QBCC in relation to this.

  Thomas was amazing! We called him for an urgent inspection after a stressful report was issued by our insurance agency. Thomas went through the report, reassured us and made himself available the very next morning. He was very practical and explained everything to us, reassuring us the entire time. Couldn't recommend their services more. Thank you so much!

  Thomas and his team recently assisted us in repairing sagging ceilings and installing air conditioning, fans and lights. We first contacted Thomas when we were in the process of buying the house and he met us onsite to provide us with some advice and promptly sent us a detailed quote. We weren’t sure when settlement would occur but Thomas was flexible and had a team lined up ready to start quickly. The site manager, Kon, did a great job of keeping us appraised throughout the job (including when we were overseas). The quality of the work is amazing and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using Thomas and his team down the track for some further renovations!

  We are fully insured with Public Liability to $10 million and contract works insurance to guarantee us in the event of flood. fire or other unknown events. We had 3 job sites flooded in Brisbane 2011 and were fully insured for all damage caused by this event.
