  Thomas and his team recently assisted us in repairing sagging ceilings and installing air conditioning, fans and lights. We first contacted Thomas when we were in the process of buying the house and he met us onsite to provide us with some advice and promptly sent us a detailed quote. We weren’t sure when settlement would occur but Thomas was flexible and had a team lined up ready to start quickly. The site manager, Kon, did a great job of keeping us appraised throughout the job (including when we were overseas). The quality of the work is amazing and we couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be using Thomas and his team down the track for some further renovations!

Kon did a terrific job of managing the schedule and trades, he has completed a lovely repair to all the ceilings of your home and the new ducted air conditioning is a great choice to an older home.   We bought a property in 2021 and had a huge interior and exterior renovation (including a new pool, and throughout fence and gate) done by Thomas. He had been very patient with all my demands which popped even when the work was in progress, however despite all these challenges Thomas kept his cool and was extremely professional and only wants the best for his customers. We trust him in a big way and even today in 2025, he is our go to person for any work related to the house. He is genuine, just a message away and very honest. The people who work for him are also good. Special shout out to Grant! Ranjit and I wish you the very best for your business and hope you have time for us again in the future for another new home:)

  Thomas has been a massive help to us since we contacted him just a week ago. We initially asked him to quote for repair work for damaged timber flooring. However, rather than simply quoting and accepting the job, Thomas quickly pointed out other areas of concern that would need to be addressed prior to any repair works, or else risk having the problems repeat. Rather than slap a bandaid on the obvious problem, he had demonstrated a real interest in ensuring the root cause is identified and rectified on priority. Very grateful for his support, assistance and prompt coordination and clear communication.

  We are fully insured with Public Liability to $10 million and contract works insurance to guarantee us in the event of flood. fire or other unknown events. We had 3 job sites flooded in Brisbane 2011 and were fully insured for all damage caused by this event.

  I had always enjoyed building things, and problem solving. Being a Builder seemed like a natural progression as I had a talent for seeing the end product and the steps involved in reaching that milestone.
