Location: Stanhope Gardens, NSWJob Description: Hi there, It seems like due to some minor glitch, the door torsion spring cable goes side-ways from the axle pully and though everything was still almost working but not smooth, kids didn't realise the glitch so did open and close the door a couple of times which I think either released the torsion spring tension wrongly or might caused some fault.
