Michael really helps you train smarter not harder. It really makes me want to keep coming back as I don't feel like I'm being flogged or demoralised and can't keep it up. I can definitely feel the results even after only going for the last month or so.

I started training with Timo in August following a head injury . I was feeling quite fragile mentally and physically .My confidence to recommence exercising was extremely low . The last three months training with Timo has resulted in not only me becoming stronger and fitter ,but a marked improvement in my mental health well being . I now see the training sessions as an integral part of maintaining a positive and well lifestyle . Timo’s extensive knowledge, patience and his insight to tailor training needs to what that individual requires has been invaluable. He not only sees the importance of physical health but has a holistic awareness of how important mental health wellbeing should be incorporated into training needs . I would highly recommend Timo as a trainer .He has assisted me to overcome what was a difficult physical and mental slump to feeling back on track and healthier .

I cannot rate Anthony highly enough. He continues to work with me, identifying my weaknesses and strengths and aligns those with my goals. I have been with him for 6 months and have grown stronger, I am more conscious of what I eat and more importantly, exercise has become a habit for me outside of my 1o1 with Anthony each week. Anthony's App is also so helpful and intuitive. It steps you through your progress and at home workouts easily and he tailors it to your needs and lifestyle so the goals are realistic. I couldn't be happier. His loyal clientele is testament to him and the great service he provides.

Cameron made all of my workouts relevant to my training. Every session was fun but also beneficial. He got my fitness levels from zero to easily 8/10 in 6 classes. He knew how to make me work and achieve.Along with exercise he also would advise me on diet/lifestyle, not in a forceful way but a way that made me listen without making it a chore. Very patient trainer....much appreciated. Would recommend him for any age group.

I would highly recommend Tina. She is an excellent trainer who has helped me reach my goals and adapted when I needed her to (when I got pregnant). She is great to talk to and really motivates me to exercise. Her knowledge and fitness and nutrition and wellbeing really helped me to gain a greater understanding of how I can improve me energy, health and wellbeing

George is a great pt. Loved working with him him, he really helped me reach my goals. He always makes sure I really enjoy the process and if there is any obstacles, he makes sure we work together through it and I learn through the process. I highly recommend George!

Craig is a knowledgeable trainer with the expertise to help you set and reach fitness goals. He is a professional and considerate guy who makes training fun too Would highly recommend!

I have been a client at Pure Results for 4 years. =My goal was to improve my health & fitness. The PT's interviewed me and listened to me, and designed an individual program to suit my needs. I have consistently been achieving my goals, with the encouragement from my PT's at Pure Results. During my time I have trained with various PT's and they have all been very professional and experienced. They have also been flexible when I have needed to change my training.
