  The team at dynamic recovery have been helpful and easy to work with from the start, happy I chose them for my fitness journey. Rebecca is my nutrition coach and she always answers any questions I have and is always really informative. Looking forward to continuing my journey with these guys.

  Rianon and his team have genuinely changed my life! I can’t recommend this amazing business highly enough. Incredible professionals from start to finish of every session. They go above and beyond to combine your physical and mental wellness. Next level!! You won’t regret anything you do here. Best decision I ever made to welcome this training into my life. Each staff member cares for you like family. Life altering outcomes too. Very very impressive outfit. There is something here for everyone. I honestly wasn’t convinced initially but when I met Ri, Brendon and then Natalie, everything changed. Do this for yourself, you wont regret it!

  Dynamicrecov is more than just a gym, it’s a welcoming community that feels like family from the moment you walk in. The energy is uplifting and the support from the staff and the members is inspiring. Each session I go to makes me feel stronger mentally and physically and the class vibes are high and amazing ( music is also fantastic!).
