  Natalie is an amazing trainer, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to understand your goals and tailors every session to help you get there safely and effectively. Her workouts are challenging but always enjoyable, and she’s great at keeping you motivated and consistent. I’ve seen real progress both physically and mentally since training with her. Highly recommend Natalie and Dynamicrecov Health + Fitness to anyone looking for a supportive and effective training experience!

  I’ve only been training at DynamicRecov for a few months, but it’s already made such a positive impact on my life. I’ve been loving the mix of their classes along with some PT sessions, which has given me the perfect balance of structure, challenge and personalised support. My coach, Rianon, has been incredibly kind and supportive, especially while I was going through a really difficult period personally. He always made sure I felt comfortable, respected and genuinely cared for. What really stood out is his understanding of women’s health and how to tailor training in a way that feels safe, thoughtful and empowering. It makes such a difference to work with someone who listens and knows how to adjust things in a way that suits your body and your life. DynamicRecov truly feels like a community built on compassion and expertise and I’m so grateful to have found it. I can’t recommend Rianon and the whole team enough.

  The passion these boys have for helping people like me and you get in shape is second to none. It made me so happy learning they were opening a space to come in and get their knowledge and guidance around health & fitness in a physical setting. They take so much pride in what they do here and I could not recommend them enough. The gym space also is so well equipped with a cafe, sauna, smoothie bar, body scans and tonnes of equipment. No doubt come through and see for yourself 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Just to clarify: we didn’t purchase or receive any “sold lists.” We legally purchased the business itself (Transform40), and with that came the existing customer database, just like any normal business transition.
