Dynamic Recovery is a great place to start if you are looking to make changes to your body. The service is fantastic as they help setup and lead you in the right direction to achieve your goals. The help of their nutritionist Sophie was great as she helped give the right information and meal plans to help me achieve my goals of weight loss where I have had good results. Highly recommended if you are struggling to do things on your own just to get you going in the right direction.Bruna R

I have contacted DynamicRecov because I was needed a professional help by a dietician for medical reason. I was followed by Lyndal Schnabel and it was a goog experience. I recently signed up for 1 session however due to time schedule I cannot continue and I told Riannon to cancel my future sessions. However I wasnt aware or told that when I made my online invoice payment they will store my card details and autopayment every weeks. I sent a message to Riannon asking him to cancel this autopayment as I am no longer training with them. He did not reply my message or say anything so I needed to cancel my credit card and ordered a new one.
