  Dave is one dedicated trainer! I have been training with him for some time now and his knowledge in boxing, kickboxing, and weights combined with his infectious positivity always keeps me looking forward to our sessions. From a psychological point, Dave’s conversations are also positively mentally stimulating which I am sure helped pull many of us clients through the lockdowns! Dave genuinely cares about his clients and is extremely reliable which is very rare these days Book in a session with him and you will find out for yourself why all these reviews rave about him! Truly a one in a million individual and it’s such a privilege to train with him!
