Prior to working with Michael, I was emotionally, physically, and spiritually depleted. I’ve had Brendan as a PT for well over a year, I’m pushing 50 yrs old and I have to say that I feel more fit than when I was in my 20’s and 30’s. Cam from Headturners Health & Fitness was the only PT that followed up from his quote I received through oneflare. Cam contacted me to see if I had any further questions etc. I found Cam very professional, he followed up and responded within a reasonable time frame to emails, phone calls and txt messages. Cam was happy for two of us to train and split the PT cost between us. The other two PT didn't bother to have any further contact after I received their original quotes through oneflare.
