For over 10 years now I have been trying to get my health and fitness back, when I turned 50 I felt it was too late for me. Anytime life would get stressful I realised I had the habit of giving up on myself and my health, but with Michaels coaching’s I realised I had my priority’s all wrong. I would always say yes to everyone else’s needs but never to my own and would always feel I was too busy to get in shape and just didn’t have the time. After working through my mindset and core values with Michael, my perspective started to change, slowly but surely. Now 3 years later, I can confidently say that the lack of time was just my misconception and that now that I have my priorities and my health in better order, my health and life is better off. I no longer have the ongoing hip and back pain I was suffering long term with, my bloated belly is all gone, I’m sleeping better, and have more energy now than I did 20 years! I highly recommend anyone from any walk of life take their health serious and with the help of Michael, I’m very confident you will achieve your goals.

Since working with Nick I have hit so many goals, both mentally and physically. The first of which was falling in love with fitness and weight training again, the second was to drop some superficial weight and I'm getting leaner by the day. Along with that I am increasing my strength, volume, mobility, and muscle awareness. Nick is extremely committed to his clients, sharing his knowledge of training and nutrition, and consistently checking in to keep you accountable for your progress. His workouts are always tough, but so rewarding, and he changes it up regularly so you are never bored. He will help you manage a fitness program that will best reach your goals. I couldn't imagine training with anyone else.

Tina is truly an awesome trainer. She’s incredibly passionate about fitness and most importantly will make sure you achieve your goals. It’s always been a blast training with her (even if I can’t walk the next day), and I’d highly recommend her to anyone who’s serious about improving their performance.

Cameron is great to work with and makes you feel real comfortable and you are able to tell him everything and anything. He works with you and gets to know you and really wants you to succeed in your goals.

David has a gift when it comes to motivating and inspiring his clients. I trained with David for a number of years and he really helped me develop strength and fitness whilst always passing on nutritional tips. He is easy to get along with, has a great sense of humour and definitley practises waht he preaches.

Being someone that finds training - let alone personal training with a stranger - quite daunting and difficult at times, finding Chris at body skin soul was a blessing. He has shown me how additive and fun being fit is and is also very mindful of previous injuries and works towards my needs. He is efficient, understanding and above all professional. Constantly looking out for my personal goals and is with me every step of the way. He was actually more excited than I was when I recently reached (and exceeded) my first weightloss goal. Every session is different and he keeps it fresh and interesting pushing me all the way.

Ive had Michael as a personal trainer for about a year and in that time he has totally transformed me. Before in met him i was broken and going no where fast. He quickly saw my problems, ironed them out and i am now fitter, stronger and pain free. Ive been power lifting for 8 years and his input and coaching in the last year has got me smashing through all my personal bests week after week. The guy is a genius.

I absolutely love Sonia Wray’s classes ! I only started going last week after doing her Hikefit program every weekend, Of which I’m totally addicted ! I love that the classes are small and well suited to the clientele . Sonia takes great care to cater to the needs of all clients .

I was quickly contacted and Veena quickly connected me with a new trainer who was available to come and start my PT sessions at my own home.

I went with Symmetry Fitness as they were knowledgeable and experienced in applying appropriate fitness regimes and flexible which was key in organising an outdoor Group PT session, we have had 1 successful training session and look forward to the rest.

Sharen has been my PT for the past 4 years, coming to my house to train me in the early hours of the morning 2-3 times per week.
