I can honestly saying hiring Michael as my health coach and trainer has changed my life! I started with Michael during COVID lockdown in 2021. It didn’t take long to realise that his level of skill, knowledge and understand on health exceeded all others I’ve tried to get help from. Even my doctor and physio said I would never run again due to my knee and hip injuries. Now 8 months in, I’ve lost 27kg, my blood pressure has normalised, my resting heart rate has dropped by 12 beats, and best of all I am 100% pain and injury free. I lost count how much money I wasted seeing specialist and when I did see just a regular PT, he did not have a clue, sure he was cheap but I would have to pay with more injuries and time wasted.
