I arrived back at the house 5 minutes late and they where waiting for. The crew all got stuck in and in what seemed like no time at all there had finished. The carpet cleaner followed straight after the cleaners and the pest controller arrived as per the time frame advised. Using Mates Rates saved me heaps of times because they arranged the carpets and the pest people and coordinated the hole job. One invoice, one point of contact. Great work Candice. PS.
