Met Mike end of 2019 when he introduced his new class... I joined his group training sessions with functional training/high intensity circuit format. (I) and participants were still able to interact with each other and with ample coaching and corrections from Mike especially during fatigue period. Most materials cover multi-muscle groups use which is excellent in burning calories. There are A LOT of options to gradually build strength, mobility and endurance - from reduced range of movement (limited reach) or just “go all out”... Definitely caters for all levels - depending on the level of individual. Mike covers each aspects from demonstration, corrections and intensity adjustment tightly. Job Description: I am looking for a pt and dietary assistance for my parents (both 67 yrs). They are quite active at home, however my mum has had significant trouble shifting her weight since kids and menopause. She has also been doing rehab on her knee and back for 2 years, however does need education surrounding stretching, muscle development and weight loss.
