The existing concrete has failed, directing water toward the house and curb rather than away. * Cut and remove the damaged/existing concrete. * Reinstall new concrete with correct fall away from the dwelling. * Install Ableflex expansion joint against the dwelling. * Provision to apply Sikaflex sealant later if required. * Dowel new concrete to existing slab or dwelling to prevent movement. * Steel-reinforce the new concrete slab. * Concrete to be approximately 32 MPa strength and 100 mm thick.
