  Urban Project has done renovation job for me recently. I am having heritage house and it was not a easy job due to many restrictions and old conditions. I have interviewed 5 builders before this job and finally I chose Bruce for this job. Initially I did not know him and I have lot of worries since I have heard too many bad stories about builders. but Bruce is an exception. He responses very quickly and always make me feel customer is respected and his work quality is excellent. my renovation work includes bathroom, floor restumping, extended study room windows and celling, deck restoration, painting, plastering etc. Bruce managed his job with high quality without any delay even there was a covid impact and few days bad weather. Bruce also fixed some minor previous problem without charging such as TV bracket hanging, cabling, facade balustrade fixing, titled door fixing etc. It's not easy to find this kind of builder and I highly recommend Urban Project as your home builder. It's a real excellent company.

  We had the need to quickly renovate our bathroom after a leak was found and Urban Project Building Services were responsive and obliging and the end result is simply excellent. They completed the job exactly how it was relayed and being remote to the job we were completely confident it would be done as we wanted. The flat was left clean and we appreciated the thoughtful recommendations and willingness to meet our needs. The regular updates and continuous contact throughout the process were extremely welcomed. I cannot recommend them more highly and will be our first contact when we next need some renovation work. Thank you; we love the end result.
