Two young guys from Brazil (sorry I can't recall their names) rang while on the way and arrived exactly at the time they mentioned. They immediately got to work loading 40 years of furniture from the house and garage onto the Van. Loading took 3 hours non-stop and the van was filled to capacity. Our new location was Mornington and after the hours' drive, they offloaded everything immediately - the move took 7 hours in total. A long day for them without much of a break. The price was reasonable, with no surprises. We were very pleased with all aspects of contact with Brilliance Removals and the two guys who did their job so well. I hope we don't have to move again, but would recommend Brilliance to others who are. Thank you!!
