Harry and Happy were very efficient and friendly. Used blankets to protect furniture however there is a big deep scratch on my dining rm table. I felt coerced into writing a good review as Harry told me it was a requirement from the company and stood over my shoulder while I was doing it and checked that it had been submitted and took a photo. . The company should not be asking staff to do this. Coersion is bullying and is a considered a criminal offence in many states of Australia . I was also instructed to pay my invoice without inspecting the goods on the spot and without time to review. Again told that removalists need to send confirmation photo to the company for payment. It was all very pressured as the removalists were pressed to get to next job. I am not sure if I was charged per quote. I will need to do the maths on this as it was not time itemised. The removalists requested to leave everything on the lawn as had another job to go to. I was ok with this as most was being stored close by but I imagine most customers wouldn't be. The job should be completed properly. I am waiting to see if company responds to my email regarding deep scratch on dining rm table and how they intend to rectify this.01 Dec 2025
