They showed up an hour and a half late. Was told it would take about 3 hours. It is now 8 hours into my move and still not finished. They took quite a few breaks and still have the audacity to tell me that I have too much stuff. The last time I moved it was the same amount of stuff and it took way less time. I think there needs to be some dedicated movers as we got the "side job on the weekend" movers and this is verbatim what we were told from the two movers, who we had to give advice to on how to organise the move onto the truck. Still will have to come back and get all the things they left behind because of poor utilisation of space. I carried down many boxes and furniture to make it faster and still this is the longest move I have ever had. I would definitely never use this moving company again. Edit* I actually feel bad for the movers who helped me today. I feel like what I told the office manager who was booking the move didn't properly inform them what the move would be ahead of time. Also, after leaving the review I was promptly called and yelled at by the office manager.21 Feb 2026
