  In my opinion Absolutely avoid this lot. You book a time in advance, pay a deposit, explain you need them there on time and they agree. Then they leave you in a lurch. Avoid sitting outside a hall at 7pm on a Sunday night with 40 tables and everything else that goes with a function and no appearance and mixed messages from Big Stuff. Make sure you have a plan B else your Big Stuff Movers booking becomes a Big Stuff Up. Edit - they now say they will contact me - but judging by past reviews I think this is highly unlikely.
