  I used MoveX service to transfer items from Cranbourne west to Hoppers Crossing. Their service was smooth and reliable. It was easy to communicate and book the service, making payment after delivery was also smooth. I will 100% be using MoveX in the future if necessary.

  Arrived a little late but did call to confirm. They packed the truck up well with no damage to any items. They did use a smaller truck than what was agreed to and needed to make two pick ups and a third would have been needed but I used my 4x4 and trailer to help out. This added about three hours to the time and cost.

While we're glad your items were packed safely and arrived without damage, we should clarify that the truck sent was actually the standard size quoted for 2-3 bedroom moves. However, we understand the frustration as the inventory turned out to be significantly larger, leading to multiple trips and extended time for coming and going for the 2nd trip, though the loading/unloading time remains the same. We appreciate your understanding and assistance with your 4x4 and trailer, though this wasn't the ideal situation for either party.
