  I had a terrible experience with this moving company. Several of my items and furniture were damaged during the move, and the team showed very little care when handling my belongings. What’s even worse is that there was no proper communication or responsibility taken afterwards. I trusted them with my stuff, and they completely failed to deliver a safe and professional service. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable movers. Look elsewhere if you want your items handled with care.

  The worst movers ever! If I could give zero stars then I would. The removalists damaged the central heating / cooling wall control when moving our fridge. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they hid the broken part and said nothing to us. It was only after they finished that we noticed this damage. We have surveillance cameras installed and when I watched the footage back I could see exactly how this was damaged and the actions taken by the removalists to hide the broken parts. I contacted the company to report this damage (they apparently have insurance to cover this sort of damage) and was asked to email photos through, which I did immediately. I never heard back - I’ve called multiple times, initially my calls were answered and I was advised that they were investigating this and would get back to me. They haven’t gotten back to me and now ignore mine and my husband’s calls. They are ignoring our emails and calls to save themselves having to cover the cost of the damage they caused. We had to replace the unit ourselves at a cost of $750. Accidents happen, I’m not upset by the damage, but I am upset by the actions by all staff in this company - disgraceful to say the least. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  Absolutely fabulous highly recommend. Pricing very reasonable. Removalist’s friendly they got on with what they had to do. Would definitely hire them again.
