  Anshu jmmu belt and rocky5911 were quick and professional, very grateful for their assistance with the move Editing review because the next day at 9pm I received 3 missed calls then texts saying one of the movers was outside my house to collect a tool he had left by mistake. It's extremely inappropriate to call at 9pm let alone show up at my house and it made me feel very unsafe. The tool has also been waiting in my letterbox as requested for 2 days and hasn't been picked up so I'm not sure how urgent it really was.

  Stay away from this company. The guys know the job move like snails. Turned a 2 hour job into 4 hours. Their reasoning is because they want to take care of our stuff. But then they ruin a $700 dresser and take 1 hour off and overtimed job being $130. I called their boss halfway through the job asking what's going on why are they taking so long and he said he'll check it out. But clearly he did nothing. They held my couch ransom until I agreed to their taking the 1 hour off to cover the damage. Me, 1 female with 2 males, how am I going to argue. Their management emails me saying the matter is closed because I agreed to the terms. Like I had a choice, the guy was forcing me to do it and even said he'll write the agreement himself, from my email. Now I'm down 2 hours of work charges and a $700 dresser. I tried to fix it but its no good. Its ruined and can't even close the drawers.

  Hit or Miss, and We Got the Miss This company is hit or miss, and unfortunately we got a big miss. I honestly don’t know how everyone else is giving good reviews, because we had the worst movers that day. They were extremely slow, moving one light item at a time, which works well for them since they charge by the hour. We even noticed them folding and packing their equipment as slowly as possible while still on the clock. Walls were scratched while moving a mattress, floors were damaged, and some of our items were broken. What should have been a stress-free move turned into a full-day nightmare, even though the travel distance was only 20 minutes. They even said at one point that they couldn’t move all of our belongings, which was unbelievable. The most unacceptable part was the payment situation. Near the end of the move, they stopped working completely and demanded full payment immediately. Payment was sent via bank transfer, but because it was a first-time transfer, the bank placed a temporary hold. Even though the money was already sent, they refused to continue moving our belongings and insisted on another form of payment — which made no sense, since there was no way to get the original money back. Our belongings were essentially held hostage until we were able to urgently contact the bank and get a one-time approval to release the transfer instantly. Only then did they resume and finish the job. We did receive a refund for the broken item afterward, but it did not come close to covering the cost. Overall, extremely stressful, unprofessional, and disappointing. I do not recommend this company.
