My family has experienced the loss of two loved ones this year under traumatic circumstances, one occurring just three days before Christmas. While I understand the timeframe is very tight, Im under some pressure get the property into at least somewhat of an orderly state, by or before the 8th of January. Even a partial clean to make the home feel normal again, with further work completed later, would be incredibly helpful.
