Before starting my coaching with David I was really considering surgery. David is amazing. He doesn’t only train you he actually makes the time to explain why we are training certain parts of the body and how to better those techniques each time. He makes you feel comfortable and is more like a coach than a trainer. The difference is that he cares and takes the time to understand what my personal goals are. I feel very supported and it’s been great doing things I never knew my body could do. The gym has machines I have not seen before and I kinda felt like ‘Rocky’ with some old school equipment. David makes it fun and enjoyable and I look forward to our sessions. Thanks again for your support again. It means the world and I highly recommend him.

I met Sadie through Goodlife as my last resort to trying to lose some weight and be happy when I look at myself in the mirror. I’ve tried everything from dieting, seeing many trainers from both gyms and studios, tried self-help and even signed-up with a few online PT memberships. Nothing worked. And when Sadie did my second measurements after just 4 weeks, I started shedding tears when she revealed I lost 20cm’s around my whole body, including my waist, hips, arms, legs, everywhere! My clothes started fitting better and I never thought I was able to change my body shape and felt I was destined to be who I was. If you think you’re eating ‘healthy’ or doing any old high-intensity exercise is enough for your body, then think again. Our bodies are different and respond differently to different foods and exercises. I didn’t know that and I don’t think half the people out their know that. I’m surprised how much inside knowledge Sadie has. She changed my life in just 8 weeks and I’ll never go to another trainer again. I’m continuing to train with her and I don’t think I’ll ever stop. Her knowledge is just above anything else I’ve ever seen or experienced. If you’re a woman and need to transform your body, then Sadie is definitely the trainer for you.
