I have trained with many trainers throughout the years, however training with Tina was very different to most other trainers. She pushed me hard (as requested), always looking to improve posture/technique/ability/strength/fitness. She always planned ahead what the goal was for the training session and pushed me to limits I never thought I could get to. I ticked off so many goals and found my body shape changed so much. Her nutrition knowledge also helped a lot and she kept me very accountable as well as giving suggestions and sharing her own food and training, which I found inspirational.
