I’ve had Brendan as a PT for well over a year, I’m pushing 50 yrs old and I have to say that I feel more fit than when I was in my 20’s and 30’s. I’ve suffered from lower back pain since 2003 and since hiring Brendan I’ve not had any pain in my back, he’s assisted me in strengthening that area and as a result I’m much more mobile and active. Aside from his wealth of knowledge as a PT he has a firm understanding of physio , yoga, stretching and has been able to push me through the limitations I built up in my own mind and as a result I’m looking and feeling like a new person. I do 3 sessions weekly and he keeps me in check, follows up after hours, makes sure I’m eating correctly. Prior to working with Michael, I was emotionally, physically, and spiritually depleted.
