  One of the best sessions I have had for a while. It wasn’t your standard just get you heart rate up, it was also focused on developing power, strength speed and range of motion. Andy’s experience in technique really coming through.

  Gym is very nicely equipped and Andres Camargo (Andy) is an amazing trainer. He planed the perfect workouts for me and set the goals that are doable and impactful at the same time . I would strongly recommend it to friends or any one who is looking for making a change in their bodies and lives .

  A very fresh, clean and well thought out gym! The gym was created for the client experience - from the equipment, to the space to even the small group sessions. The owner, Andres is an extremely experienced and knowledgeable trainer (You just have to see the build of this guy to realise that he knows what he’s doing! ) I’ve had the privilege to be coached by him for almost a year. He gives cues and feedback that are invaluable and are such a game changer. If you have real goals to achieve and you want results, WSF gym is the best place for you.
