Location: Carindale, QLDJob Description: I have a big dog, but he is super friendly and is all good during cleaning. He can be outside when cleaning inside, and you can even play if you like outside when cleaning the outdoor area; this area is a white floor, so mopping will be great as it gets dirty when it rains; the doors are glass, so cleaning the doors from half middle to bottom will need it, undusting the dining table outside. The floor in the main living room where the kitchen is is a white glassy type, so it is delicate and obvious; so you will need to have a good mop and cleaning products for that so that when mopping, it does not look stained when it dries and use something that leaves the house smelling nice and clean (i got some cleaning products but not sure if they are good prefer if you bring yours) We have two offices upstairs, which also have a shared balcony. It would be nice if they cleaned the balcony floor the same way they did downstairs, with a small table and chair. The main room is big, so just changing the shits and ensuite, and we would also like to clean the outdoor balcony, as it gets very dusty. In the second bathroom, where there is a bath, we don't use it every time, so the main cleaning areas will be the toilet and the tub. (We don't use that shower.) Maybe if we have anyone at home, but we haven't had anyone lately. The second room is clean, so don't bother. Maybe just a quick undusting and vacuum And the second living room upstairs is clean as usual. The house's entrance has long, big stairs, so it would be great if this were as clean as normal. Also, mop, as the entrance sometimes gets a lot of stains. This is the same type of floor for the balcony and outdoor area, also white but more rustic. I believe this is an essential part of the place; we are an immaculate couple and organized, so we like keeping things neat. Vacuuming is the biggest job as the dog hair is everywherethe dog hair is black, and the house is white. ;) Also, when emptying any bin bags, replace them and leave everything in its place when you leave. I appreciate any help you can provide. I'm very detailed as I have used a few companies and they always forget or miss many things, so I'm trying you now. Hopefully, you got someone nice and reliable, so I don't have to worry anymore.
