I had a hard time looking for reliable bond cleaners as this was my first time renting. I'm glad I found Chris and his team as they were the only ones who did not try to upsell their services to me. I had multiple quotes from different service providers and they were all telling me how they have that 50% special offering and all that but would always say there's an additional $5 to do this and that etc and eventually the quote for a 2-BR 1B unit was at $500-$650 which just felt like big red flags. However, Chris has been very professional in explaining how the bond cleaning works which I truly appreciate. They call when they promise to call and the team showed up in time and left the property clean! There were a few spots missed on the floor but nothing that I'm mad about as I wiped it off easily.
