Wanted a change from being retrenched and to be my own boss. But also gave the opportunity to me meet more down to earth people . I am a customer oriented person to put a smile on your face with my work.

1. A lady rings me up and without any habitations , she basically request for me to come and clean her windows, purely because I was referred to her by an other customer. It did not matter at what cost.

I am my own boss and I like meeting new people. It gives me great sanctification that I am able to help a lot of people and advise them of their needs and getting paid for it.

Check on his honesty. Check if he is trustworthy. Is he flexibility, Ask if the work is guaranteed. Ask for referrals.

I have never missed an appointment over the last 10 years . I communicate with my client all the time.  I also have found things for our client of value and left them notes as where were found. I am Security Cleared locally and Internationally

Evaluate his needs. Discuss his budget. and than design a quote him or her. to suit as long as the job gives him satisfaction and I am also happy myself.

my services are still at 10 years low. how ever i need to inspect the property first . each area  that needs cleaning I calculated at a different rate to keep the cost affordable.

Ensuring customer satisfaction. i specialize in move out cleans and preparing houses for sale aspects, working with the customers budget and requirement, hence also giving advise for the best results.

Some 12 years of experience and have had some 40 years of managerial experience of how to deal with customers and their needs gives me an edge. also I am the current preferred cleaner For Remix at Sunny bank and For Harcourt of west end.
