Did you know a tiler or simply just a plumber is not legally permitted to perform a complete bathroom renovation. As per the regulations of Sydney Fair Trading a complete bathroom renovation must be done and managed by a Registered and licensed Home Kitchen and Bathroom or builder. We not only have this license but are also a Member of the Master Builder Association.

SOME Things to consider:
There are lots of things to think about when you are planning to renovate your bathroom. We give you a few suggestions to help you get the look you are after without breaking the bank. Plus we remind you of some fundamentals like, you can never have enough storage.
Think about what you do and don’t like about your current bathroom. Then put together a scrapbook of any new features, fixtures and fittings you’d really like to have when you renovate. Collect a few sample tiles and color swatches so you can see how colors and textures will work together.
Consider where your current bathroom plumbing and electricity are positioned in the room. The less you need to reposition these, the less you will need to spend on extra services. You should also consider how well your old inlets and outlets will work with new fixtures and fittings. We can assist you with these.
Measure up the whole room to work out how much space you have to install any new fixtures and fittings. This will help us guide you with the planning and design. Don’t worry if you don’t have a tape measure as we do an onsite measure and quote anyway. Remember you can never have enough storage or access, especially in a bathroom. So think about ways you can fit some more in, but without compromising comfort. Don’t forget that all wet area rooms such as bathrooms must be waterproofed.

Think about the finishing details for your bathroom and how they fit in with your bathware. If your space is small, consider using larger brighter tiles to make the room feel larger. Smaller, mosaic tiles are a great option if you want to draw the eye to a detail or feature such as a niche.
A final thing to consider is where you put your towel rails, such as your toilet roll holder. Ideally, you want everything within easy reach. The towels should be close to the edge of the shower – and the heater if you have a cold winter. The toilet roll should be somewhere you can reach when you are sitting down. Remember accessibility and comfort are most important

We chose Ali as we were impressed with his knowledge on a modern bathroom and recommendations to make the ensuite comfortable for us. We hired Ali and his team to turn our living room into a bedroom. They put in an ensuite, built in wardrobe, replaced our old windows and doors and demolished the chimney. Ali is very impressive and a pleasure to work with. He looks after us a lot and did a lot of extra work for us. 5 stars for Ali for attending to every matter and all questions addressed when raised. Very quick to complete and eta for completion was right on time. Ali is very trustworthy in comparison to many other tradies out there. Very understanding of our family with young kids and our situation. For the people in his team I would give 4 stars though as they weren’t as impressive as Ali’s work. Ali kept you in the loop, and when something went wrong he tried his best to fix it. We would highly recommend Ali and more than happy to use him again for future renovations.Yvette

Ali and his team did an excellent job renovating our house. We had a few companies come out to give us quotes but Ali was the most detailed, honest, reliable and the best experienced covering all areas of our renovation not just specialising in one area. Our renovations included removing and relaying all of the floor tiles for the entire house, a full bathroom renovation and new plumbing work. Ali was up front with what was involved and along the way made suggestions on what could be improved for better results to the overall function of the bathroom and the house, any issues were addressed and rectified in a professional manner. He was great at communicating and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every step of the renovation. He treated our house as his own and also helped us with ideas for projects that we were doing after he had finished. Ali did a thorough job and we are extremely happy with the results.
