They were very polite and worked very hard. My one complaint is that when I rang and booked, they had trouble understanding my english. I informed them that I had a very steep windy drive and steps into the house. That is why I needed a small truck. When they arrived at the house I re-informed them of this . I was told it would be extra for the stairs.That was fine but when they arrived at our new house their truck wouldnt go up the drive as they said it wasnt strong enough. I have had no problem with any of my other furniture deliveries. The poor removalists then had to carry everything up the drive.
