Shawn was introduced to me prior to commencement as the man who would be doing the bulk of the work & overseeing the other trades. My insurance company has identified the root cause as related roof issues and has outlined the necessary repairs, excluding roof maintenance. I kindly request a detailed quotation for the following scope of work, as per the insurance companys assessment: 1. Ceiling Plasterboard Replacement: Remove and replace the damaged plasterboard.
