Best removalists in Inner West

I have moved ten times in Sydney and the service from V-move is one the best. Before I move, I have rescheduled my date and time once. Every communication via sms got quick and clear response. On the moving day, V-move come on time, friendly staff, started with reading the terms and conditions. This is the first removalist I have met doing this, and giving me a professional feeling, and knowing this company manage things properly. After I signed, the staff marked the time from his watch on the contract as the start time, as the charge is per half hour. It was a bit rainy in the morning, and the leader addressed the slippery concern to other staff and have some rugs on the slippery path. This is important under WHS (formerly OH&S). V-move provided free cling wraps to cover mattress, fridge and other cabinets (to avoid drawer swing out). At some point I helped to push away a bit of heavy stuff to make way for them, but they always held up heavy stuff even to move a bit rather than risking to scratch my floor. I would say the staff are not in a rush but efficient. The truck is quite big, but not big enough for everything (I got too much rubbish, 3 bedroom + huge sunroom + furnitures in garage). They have to travel twice between my two places, altogether ~1hr travel, and the job finish in 5 hours without a break. In conclusion, I am very happy with the service, and true recommendable to everyone. Thank you V-move staff!

After completing some renovation work we had almost filled our entire back courtyard with rubbish. Initially I chose to get some quotes from tradesmen in the local paper as I prefer to deal with small businesses (after once being completely rorted by Jims Plumbing). Unfortunately those called either didn't turn up / didn't want to meet to discuss a quote; instead just look over the fence in their spare time. After a bit more effort I did receive two quotes but I felt they found the amount of rubbish a bit overwhelming. Evetually I called unbeatable rubbish removals ,They turned up on time and provided a maximum cost quote which turned out to be only about $30.00 more than my previous quotes. After confirming I wanted to go ahead they stayed in touch and turned up as agreed, setting to work quickly and efficiently and packed their truck like it was a massive game of tetris. They even broke down cabinets in order to minimise space in the truck and swept up afterwards. The next day we received a call from their office to get feedback and ensure that we were happy with the service. We were and would definitely use them again. It's great when you can start to build a list of tradesmen who you can rely upon and forgoe trawling through local papers each time.

The guys showed up on time, quickly packed all my stuff and moved it. As moving houses go, that was the quickest and easiest one for me yet. Highly recommended.

On time . Polite hard working every aspect of our move was done with care and attention. From getting boxes delivered to the actual move and even arranging for the empty boxes to get picked up nothing was a hassle. The guys on the day went the extra mile. Will definitely use them again

These guys are great. They moved us during the worst Sydney weather, they reassured us and looked after all our goods in a professional manner. They provided us with some singing, placed mats on all the floors and over all our furniture. They moved a 2 storey house to another 2 storey house and they never stopped all day. Excellent Job ！We done 2 bed rooms apartment from meadowbank to penrith. They came on time and really experienced and moved all items from 2nd floor without any damage. Highly recommend them to anyone who look to move

I felt that once the job had been booked the communication leading up to the job itself could have been improved as I had to chase confirmation that the job was definitely booked in and chase up paying the credit card deposit. However, once that was sorted they turned up on time on the day and did the job quickly and without fuss.

Martin was professional and efficient. Our goods were handled with care and consideration. Total time taken for 2 bedroom apartment was 4 hours. Cardboard boxes were provided which was of significant help. Suitcases of clothes were also moved which was appreciated. As a bonus, Martin remembered who's bedroom was who's and transported the corresponding belongings appropriately. Strong recommendation.
