I have to admit when I saw Fabio's picture I thought to myself.... No! this isn't for me! It was very clear that he was on a completely different fitness level to me. I'm extremely unfit and close to 100KG with a back injury and his physique scared me! Fabio was very persistent, he emailed, messaged and called me within 1 hour of me posting my job. He thought it very funny when I mentioned he scares me with his appearance and offered me a free session to see what he's all about. I've been training with Fabio for about 1 month now, 3 times a week and absolutely love it! I've had many PT's and done many diets and Fabio's extensive knowledge on technique, diet, exercises and the human body is out of this world. He's showing me things other PT's never have and should have shown me. He pushes and pushes and whilst it is a tough challenge, I find myself doing things I never thought I could. He is always open to feedback (good or bad) and will change either food plan or exercises to suit your needs. My loved ones and I can see my body changing, I have lost weight and getting stronger. What I love the most about Fabio is not only is he serious and passionate about what he does he adds the personal touch also! He makes you feel comfortable and has an awesome sense of humour, he's ALWAYS positive and his attitude is ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IF YOU WANT IT REALLY BAD! I've been trying so many other trainers in the past in Australia and overseas and no one so far made me to achieve so much. Helen helped me to change my mindset, to enjoy a healthy lifestyle and create the best version of me. Its so much more enjoyable to train outdoors then in a gym. What I also like is the fact that Helen corects and pays close attention to us when we exercise. It feels like you have your own PT. In the gym at the classes i never had this added value. The last but not least, i had the opportunity to meet a great bunch of people. We motivate each other and we have fun at the same time. I truly recommend training with Helen.
