I have moved ten times in Sydney and the service from V-move is one the best. Before I move, I have rescheduled my date and time once. Every communication via sms got quick and clear response. On the moving day, V-move come on time, friendly staff, started with reading the terms and conditions. This is the first removalist I have met doing this, and giving me a professional feeling, and knowing this company manage things properly. After I signed, the staff marked the time from his watch on the contract as the start time, as the charge is per half hour. It was a bit rainy in the morning, and the leader addressed the slippery concern to other staff and have some rugs on the slippery path. This is important under WHS (formerly OH&S). V-move provided free cling wraps to cover mattress, fridge and other cabinets (to avoid drawer swing out). At some point I helped to push away a bit of heavy stuff to make way for them, but they always held up heavy stuff even to move a bit rather than risking to scratch my floor. I would say the staff are not in a rush but efficient. The truck is quite big, but not big enough for everything (I got too much rubbish, 3 bedroom + huge sunroom + furnitures in garage). They have to travel twice between my two places, altogether ~1hr travel, and the job finish in 5 hours without a break.
