Leo Review I first started seeing leo because the chronic pain which had persisted for years after my accident was not being resolved going to physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists or osteopaths. Although these things helped there was never a lasting relief. Daily exercise and yoga helped but did not seem focused enough on my injuries so after talking to Leo about postural alignment I decided to give it a try. In collaboration with chiropractor and a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner we have managed to relieve and I believe are well on the way to resolving a whiplash injury, misaligned hip and shoulder/neck pain long term. The best part about working with Leo is that I was motivated to see him every week and still enjoy out sessions on a personal level. Also he is able to customise your therapy to how you feel each day and how you progress. Although my therapy is not finished I now believe that an end to this chronic pain is possible and look forward to being able to pursue more intense training and martial arts at a level I could not before. - SC Fit Global
