I’ve been training with Jared for several years. I’m so happy with the results I’m getting and continue to improve. I’ve had different goals throughout this time, from general body conditioning and toning to running an ultra trail marathon and Jared expertly tailors my training programme to achieve these goals and be the best I can be every time.
