The Performance Revolution Team helped me achieve my goal of losing 10 kg! I was about to quit the gym, I had gained 10 kg and was upset that my clothes were not fitting and that I looked dreadful in photos. After a phone call from Michael and a preliminary gym session with him, I joined with the team in February, 2019. I was a little sceptical at first, to be honest; but I signed on. One of the blockers I had with exercise was that I would start something and become injured. With a trainer supervising me with every weight I lifted, I actually strengthened parts of my body that were contributing to the injuries in the first place! The Team kept me accountable and monitored my form (and attendance). I turned up to training most of the time and somewhat followed the dietary plan and I lost some of the weight, improved my shape and developed some muscles. It wasn’t that hard. However, it wasn’t until the middle of the year that I fully committed to cleaning up my eating and set goals with my training. The Team were incredibly supportive and encouraging and cheered me on. I still remember Michael saying to me: ‘Just follow the plan’. By February, 2020 I had more than achieved my goals. I was seeing the trainers twice a week and hiking and walking on the weekends. When Covid 19 closed the gyms, the Performance Revolution Team got straight to planning online sessions. Zoom was set up and away we went. I found online training to be easy and time saving. I didn’t have to drive to the gym or find a park. The Team incorporated the equipment I had at home into the training sessions. Since online training was set up, I have now joined the Core and Cardio classes twice a week as well as my strength training. I have never been fitter NOT going the gym. Now gyms are re-opening I plan to attend the gym once a week and to train online three times a week. It’s really a time efficient way of training.

I consider myself extremely lucky to have met Heidi, even more so when I found out she was a personal trainer, mine I had left back in the UK. From my very first session with her I could tell that this Lady not only knew what she was talking about, she was actually putting her words into action. The one on one sessions saw me grow from strength to strength, help me define muscles that I didn't even know existed and not only trained me but helped me change my life around when I found myself having to make important life changing decisions. I consider this lady someone that not only has helped me whilst training me she has given me inspiration, helps me keep going with my training, she trains me now from afar, I love her enthusiasm, even when she is not standing by my side, she is there 100% in spirit and always ensures that I am completing what is set out. I don't think that I have met many who are like this lady, she will truly care, give you all of the encouragement, and more, that is needed for your journey. My dear friend, I am so grateful to you for everything you give me, with you I know I am strong, capable, supported and last but not least cared about. Heather has been working with my brother - who is intellectually handicapped - and in his sixties for about 3 months now. Her professional approach, sympathetic and empathic nature has led to massive improvements in his fitness for everyday living tasks, flexibility and coordination. I’ve been using Express PT for a month now. Matt is incredibly knowledgeable and an encouraging training which is what I personally look for. He’s been very flexible with the times that I come to train and have fallen in love with some of the cardio equipment. I guess the proof if in the results. I’ve worked hard and reduced my weight be 6kgs and increased my strength and recovery time considerably. I've known Jared for over a decade now, and have probably been training under his guidance for at least six years. Jared is a very approachable person and is very understanding of ones goals and how to achieve them. Jared is very knowledgable about technique and watchful so as to avoid any injuries during training sessions. He is always able to rearrange programmes to accommodate any little niggles that I client may be carrying. He is a very likeable person and always happy to help his clients on their health and fitness journey. I am an older client so really appreciate his attention to detail, so would highly recommend him for any of your training needs.

He is very knowlagable in his feild and is always striving to learn more. I started at Prestige Fit about six weeks ago and am enjoying my journey and have learnt so much so far. It actually does not feel like a training studio – it’s a very welcoming environment where all Personal Trainers greet you and are all so supportive and helpful (even the members themselves are friendly and support one another). It feels like a family of people who really care about you. I feel stronger, healthier and fitter every day. A very big thank you to Matt my Personal Trainer who is the most supportive, generous and dedicated trainer to help you achieve your goals that I have ever seen. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone who is wanting to improve how they look, feel and function.
