The front verandah is being refloored and having a new balustrade. The back ramp will be replaced by stairs. The damaged ceiling will be replaced (or repaired). Part of the front and side have cladding so do not need to be painted. The internal doors are peeling (oil over acrylic paint) and the window sills are peeling badly (age/weather/sun). Basically, all of the inside needs to be done (the 4 bedrooms are small).
