I have trained with Sharen for some years now and can highly recommend Sharen as a PT Trainer. The PT sessions are never the same, with each session being different from the last session. I would like to see better value for money and an incentives program/discount introduced if registering for ten or more weeks at a time.

I recently completed the first group training program and I've got to say I was really impressed with the overall program content/structure and of course my end results. I initially intended to use the program just to motivate me to get back into training after having several months off due to work and other commitments but I exceeded what I set out to do. Losing 3.5 kilos and 10cm off my waist was an added bonus and a good start. Despite the very cold and rainy mornings Catherine didn't let up!! It is a 5 day program and to get the most out of it you must complete the other 2 sessions as well as watching what you eat. I did the other sessions in the gym but found the time it took to complete each session was a bit long but it all worked at the end of the day even with a few changes to reduce the time. This program got me back on track, motivated enough to sign up again. Its always hard to train by yourself and the program gives you that mix, highly recommend it.

Tony has the best energy! He is a great communicator who understands what his clients need even when they don't know it themself. He has helped me get back to a healthy regime after being away from the gym for over 15y and in rhe space of 3 months people are really amazed at the changes.
