Sharen has been my PT for the past 4 years, coming to my house to train me in the early hours of the morning 2-3 times per week. Sharen has always been reliable and professional, keeping my training interesting and mixing things up so that I don't get bored and my body doesn't plateau. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sharen, she is absolutely fantastic.

He created a program that focused on progressive overload and compound movements. Louis's training sessions kept me motivated, and he ensured that my form was correct to prevent injuries and facilitate faster progress.

Tony has the best energy! He is a great communicator who understands what his clients need even when they don't know it themself. He has helped me get back to a healthy regime after being away from the gym for over 15y and in rhe space of 3 months people are really amazed at the changes. Richard is an excellent PT. He is very structured and he is very pleasant and professional. He knows specific exercises that lead to great benefits. He is very focused in his PT sessions. While little bit of small talk makes you feel comfortable, at the same time you do not lose your PT time with small talk. Richard assess your fitness levels via a series of different types of exercises and then develops and customizes the training programs accordingly. He regularly does various kinds of checks in order to evaluate whether the PT sessions have led to improvements. I will definitely recommend Richard.

I started training with Timo in August following a head injury . I was feeling quite fragile mentally and physically .My confidence to recommence exercising was extremely low . The last three months training with Timo has resulted in not only me becoming stronger and fitter ,but a marked improvement in my mental health well being . Ryan is a very experienced personal trainer with great wealth of knowledge with fitness, well being and nutrition. Ryan listens to the client and personalises the training schedule to meet their needs , I suffer from an injury and he customised my weight training to ensure I was not inflicting further damage. He sets realistic and achievable goals. Ryan is relatable and a friendly person which makes training sessions more enjoyable.
